Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how REGO Trading Inc. (“REGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit REGO websites or use the REGO wholesale storefront and customer portal.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the REGO Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that websites place or access on your browser or device.

Cookies and similar technologies can be used to operate websites, maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, understand how websites are used, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising or marketing activities.

Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and other identifiers.

Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies We May Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These technologies are necessary for the website and customer portal to function securely. They may be used to:

  • Authenticate customers and maintain secure login sessions.
  • Keep users signed in as they navigate authorized areas.
  • Protect accounts against unauthorized access.
  • Maintain shopping-cart or session information.
  • Protect forms and transactions against fraud or misuse.
  • Remember privacy or cookie preferences.
  • Route requests and maintain website availability.

Because these technologies are necessary to provide requested services or maintain security, they generally cannot be disabled through REGO’s optional cookie controls.

You may be able to block them through your browser, but doing so may cause parts of the website, customer account, application process, or ordering functionality to stop working.

Functional Cookies

Functional cookies help provide enhanced website features or remember choices you make.

They may be used to remember preferences such as account-related settings, interface choices, location or other website preferences.

If functional cookies are disabled, some features may not operate as intended.

Analytics and Performance Technologies

REGO may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our websites. These technologies may help us understand information such as:

  • Which pages are visited.
  • How users navigate the website.
  • Whether website features operate correctly.
  • Website and application performance.
  • General device, browser, and geographic information.
  • Errors and technical problems.
  • How users arrived at the website.

We use this information to operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve our websites and digital services.

Where required by applicable law, analytics technologies that are not strictly necessary will be subject to applicable privacy choices.

Advertising and Marketing Technologies

REGO may use advertising, measurement, or marketing technologies to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns or, where applicable, deliver or measure advertising.

Depending on how a particular provider operates, these technologies may collect information about interactions with REGO’s websites and may associate that information with activity occurring on other websites or services.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, some disclosures of online identifiers or website activity to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when REGO does not receive money in exchange for the information.

Where such laws apply, REGO will provide the privacy choices required by applicable law.

Information submitted through a REGO wholesale or credit application, including tax information, resale certificates, trade-reference information, uploaded documents, or information extracted from those documents, is not used by REGO for targeted advertising.

Authentication and Customer Sessions

REGO uses cookies or similar technologies to maintain secure customer sessions after a user authenticates.

These technologies allow the website to recognize that an authorized user has signed in without requiring the user to authenticate again on every page.

Authentication and session technologies are treated as strictly necessary because they are required to securely provide customer-account functionality.

The existence of an authenticated session does not by itself give a person access to a REGO customer account. Customer permissions and account access are separately determined by REGO’s authorization systems.

Customer Applications and Uploaded Documents

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to securely maintain a user’s application session, prevent fraudulent submissions, protect document uploads, and allow an applicant to resume an authorized workflow.

REGO does not use information contained in customer application documents, such as EINs, resale certificates, credit information, trade references, or uploaded business records, for targeted advertising.

More information concerning customer applications and document processing is available in the REGO Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Technologies

Some cookies or similar technologies may be provided by companies that perform services for REGO. These providers may include companies supporting:

  • Authentication and account security.
  • Website hosting and infrastructure.
  • Analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Communications and customer support.
  • Fraud and security prevention.
  • Payment services.
  • Advertising and marketing measurement.

The specific providers and technologies used by REGO may change as our website and services evolve.

Where required, REGO evaluates these technologies and provides applicable notices and privacy choices.

How Long Cookies Remain

Cookies may be either session cookies or persistent cookies.

Session cookies generally expire when you close your browser or when the applicable session expires.

Persistent cookies remain on your device for a specified period or until they are removed.

The lifespan of a cookie depends on its purpose. REGO and its service providers seek to retain cookies and similar identifiers only for the period reasonably necessary for their intended purpose, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Depending on your location and the technologies being used, you may have choices concerning non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

Where available, you can use REGO’s cookie or privacy settings to manage applicable preferences.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent account login, shopping-cart functionality, customer applications, ordering, or other parts of the REGO website from operating correctly.

Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising

REGO does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

However, certain advertising or marketing technologies may constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws.

Where REGO engages in activity subject to these requirements, users will be provided an appropriate Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information mechanism.

Information submitted as part of a REGO customer or credit application is not sold or shared for targeted advertising.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, REGO recognizes legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing of personal information.

The effect of an opt-out preference signal may depend on the browser, device, user authentication status, and applicable law.

Browser “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.

Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard governing how all websites should respond to traditional Do Not Track signals, REGO may not respond to those signals unless required by applicable law.

This does not affect REGO’s handling of legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC where applicable.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technology providers, privacy practices, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice where required.
